Steps for your bespoke furniture
Estimate
Fill out our online form (recommended) or write us an email including your name.
It is important here to send us either a sketch, a plan or photos of furniture that inspires you to give us an idea of what you are looking for. If you already know, you can provide for ex.: dimensions, colour teint, covering material, texture, etc.
Meeting
Our estimate is good enough for you? So we’ll schedule a meeting.
You can then specify what you are looking for and the options: design, shapes, confection, dimensions, fillings (natural and synthetic), comforts and coverings (certified or not). The final price is established and a deposit is given if you wish to proceed.
3D Model
A 3D sketch of your future furniture is created according to your choices and specifications.
You can use this 3D sketch to make your future furniture appear in your home. This service requires a smart phone or an electronic tablet. We can also travel for this service. Charges may apply.
Validation
Here, once the structure (frame) has been made and upholstered, we meet again and proceed to the validation of your choice of comforts on Your piece of furniture.
There is no comfort that pleases everyone. This is our way of making sure it will be comfortable the way You like it.
Delivery and
Installation
Once the furniture is completed, all we have to do is deliver it and install it in your home.
We finish assembling it upon delivery. So you can see how to proceed to disassemble and re-assemble if necessary.

FRAMING OPTIONS
Urban wood vs. hardwood
FRAMING OPTIONS
Two wood options for the same quality of workmanship. Luwiss lifetime guarantee* frames are made with reliable assemblies offering maximum durability.
Montreal Public Wood
If you are concerned about your consumption’s ecological impact, it is now possible to have the structure of your next piece of furniture made with wood from trees cut down on Montreal island.
The organization Bois Public takes care of enhancing the value of this wood and makes it accessible to cabinet making workshops. Availability may vary depending on the time of year and the season.
Hard Wood & Plywood
The frames furniture are basically made from Norway maple wood.
It is an invasive variety in North America and its management helps to preserve the native sugar maple.
Some elements are made of Russian birch type plywood, which is more stable and sturdy. It is also available in FSC-certified wood and VOC (volatile organic compounds) free adhesive.
